Teams working with their AI agents. Not agents replacing teams.
We start from what your teams know how to do. We write it down with them, as Skills, then put it to work in their tools and their agents. And we leave you everything you need to evolve it without us.

Our five principles
- 01We try it on ourselves first. Only what has proven itself goes to our clients.
- 02It has to work, not just shine. Every project says what it changes.
- 03Teams with their agents, not agents replacing teams.
- 04Know-how is written with the people who hold it. We only bring it to light, with the help of AI.
- 05Your autonomy, including from us: open formats, chosen providers, training.

A short glossary
- Know-how
- What a person or a team knows how to do, and what makes the difference. Often tacit: rarely written down, sometimes never said.
- Skill
- Know-how written down for an AI agent (procedural knowledge): a folder, a SKILL.md file and a short description. An open format that every agent can read.
- AI agent
- An AI assistant that does more than answer: it reads, uses tools and carries out a task, based on the context it’s given.
- Cognitive asset
- Know-how written down for agents, as a Skill or as context. Like any asset, it has value: it can be owned, versioned and passed on.
- Cognitive capital
- All the cognitive assets of a person or an organization.
- Portable
- Works with other models, other agents and other providers, without being rewritten.
Let’s talk about your know-how.
Thirty minutes to see whether, and how, we can help you put your know-how to work with AI. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you who is.
